Did Anyone Else Have Trouble Ordering Ryza 3 With Best Buy?

Post Body

I pre-ordered well in advance, everything was fine. Day of release I see that it is marked "Ready For Pickup" but I never got an email confirmation from the store. Around 1pm I decide to just go up to the store and check on it. My first negative experience at Best Buy, the customer service people were rude as heck and acted like I was inconveniencing them, I just learned that my order wasn't ready and that was it, no information on why. It took chatting with an online agent and then calling Best Buy customer support to even find out what the issue was.. the store literally did not have the item in hand to give me.

Ok fine, at least I got an answer finally. They asked if I wanted to ship it instead and I said "Yeah" because I was off work the day of release and it was my only day off for a bit. Was supposed to be 2-3 days. Game released Friday so it should have arrived Monday. Then it got delayed to Tuesday. Then it got delayed to Wednesday. Now it's Thursday and I just got another delay just saying expected to arrive somewhere between Thursday and Saturday. Game released nearly a week ago and I'm still waiting on my copy to arrive.

In the past ordering with Best Buy, several times they have actually gotten the game to me day of release or next day but this is awful. I just wanna play and watching other people having fun playing it is torture. Did anyone else have a similar experience? Please tell me I'm not alone.
