im getting really frustrated now so im asking here in hopes i can get an answer. yesterday during playing valorant, i got an error saying the graphics driver crashed, and a few moments after the bsod DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION appeared. i searched it and most said it was a problem with the graphics driver so I reinstalled the nvidia graphics driver through geforce experience. i opened valorant again and was able to use it for hours without crashes. now the next day (today) I opened it, opened genshin and it crashed with the same watchdog violation. i tried reinstalling the driver again, it didn't work so i did the next recommended fix and reinstalled an old version. i also did scans with antivirus and none of them seems to have worked. now the laptop is crashing even without me playing anything, and after it's latest bsod crash, the screen is just black but it's on.

my cpu and gpu temps are under 70° and this issue just started happening yesterday, i used to be able to play heavier games without any issues until now.
