Orion Sirius EQ-G Problems

Hey all,

I hope someone with experience can help me out. I've got an EQ-G mount but lately I started running into problems. For whatever reason it will only slew in the declination axis. When using the hand controller to slew in the right ascension axis I can hear the gears moving but nothing actually moves?

Might the gear system be broken? I have no idea where I would go to get this fixed or how I would go about troubleshooting this kind of equipment. I'm relatively new to this field and there isn't much info available online.
