What happened to my large stuff?

So I updated the game and played once I saw they fixed the soft lock big when landing near a gateway, and now my large rover train with my three RTG's are gone! Asking with my extra large shuttle and my extra large shredder! And it says I have to unlock them! What happened? Did the addition of the exo chips roll back my unlocked stuff or am I having a bug here?
