Astro A50 Gen 4 stopped working

So, my Astro A50 Gen4 PC/PS4 stopped working today(it worked yesterday). When I was done playing yesterday, I put the headset on the charging dock to charge it overnight. Today when I picked it up, it was only showing a white light from the on/off button(even when turned off), and there was no connection to Astro Command Center. I tried hard resetting it, and it prompted me with a firmware update. I have tried to download the update, but it gives me an error every time. The Headset FW.-VER is 34843.0, and the Basestation FW.-VER is 35155.43
