Hey guys really need some help before i throw something out my balcony lmao

Can't find anything anywhere and would love assistance! Trying to use my GO XLR to route audio through my newly purchased headphones, hoping someone can help out! Nothing coming through, headphones are indeed on, have tested and headphones work when selected their default setting (Headphones (A50 game/chat) on audio settings, but when I route everything through GO XLR, as previously using a receiver that had an audio line, I'm unable to hear anything routed.

Hopefully this isn't just jumbled mess and you can make sense! Really looking for some help!
