Astro A50 (Gen 4) headset failing to update firmware

My headset suddenly stopped giving my audio, I tried a few things and eventually reset it. Then it was showing as 0% charged on Astro Command and popped up saying I needed a firmware update.

I have tried repeatedly to do a firmware update. It fails each time at 50% or 80%, asks if I want to update again, and then endlessly asks for me to dock the headset.

I have tried both versions of Command Centre, tried a manual update which also failed, tried deleting a specific file as mentioned by another post on the subreddit, and nothing has worked. I would greatly appreciate some advice to resolve the issue
