Last night I had sleep paralysis and was about to astral project. I started to separate but I got distracted by a very strong light. My eyes were closed but I knew there was a light. It’s like if you close your eyes with a flashlight pointed at your eye, your eyelid is thin enough that you can see the light. My room is completely dark and it’s the middle of the night. But out of nowhere as I start separating from my body I can see through my eyelids a very strong white light. I have experienced this before a few times, one of them was more intense and a diety ended up communicating to me. Any one else experience this white light during the AP process?
