Hey, my first time actually really experiencing OBE type thing, I was talking with my dead grandpa, and I was also playing COD with one of my deceased friends next to me, and this was a real memory from something I experienced, but anyways all I can see and talk to is dead people in my life

Now, this isn’t necessarily a negative thing, but I’d rather like to experience OTHER things things that evoke negativity. However, I did start this projection with a crystal that I got from my deceased friends funeral, and I guess that made me focus on the value of life, and how to admire what you have I guess. Lmk if you think I had a valid experience, I did leave some of the stuff out like the fact I think I experienced someone else’s life and how they grew up and died in a car crash with their family.
