Hi everyone, I'm starting to seriously go for AP. I made a couple of tries that didn't work. If I'm correct, it's because I'm too focused. I want to observe everything that happens and I'm putting my attention to every noticeable change I feel or see (specially in my physical body 🙈). I have managed to get deeper relaxed states than ever before and I've been able to stay laying on my back for more than half an hour in a row (before I'd say I could stay... 5 min?). So I think I'm doing some progress.
My questions: - what are the "expectable" timing for feeling the vibrations everybody talks about? 10 min? 50min? - an estimation on how long could it take me? I heard people gets very fast results with "the phase", but I haven't managed to wake up and don't move so far 😅. I heard other people takes years of very regular practicing 😠- if I'm among those who don't feel vibrations while transitioning, what other feelingsay I expect? What could be indications that I'm doing it right? Any hint about that?
