Hi, I don’t know anything yet about astral travels and I can’t do it willingly, but I know I can control my dreams - not all the time but if I want to and feel like I need to - I can.

Aside from that, I was able to dream of a seer-like lady, wearing a veil and has crystal ball in front of her - she said she’ll teach me how to travel, I did what I was instructed to do, and what’s weird about it is that I sat on an indian sit position, and see see my self going out of my body, and somewhat floating towards the task she’s asking me to do., I was tasked to do.place an item from point A to point B, I was asked to buy something using that body, and after everything, I went back to my body and was able to talk to her again.

I don’t know how to explain it or what to make out of it. Help.
