Hey, so I’ve spent a decade doing shadow work turned energy work and removed a lot of my attachments. I’ve heard about them being present at night when you AP - still new to the process.

I’m still figuring it Al out but have been told I’m a healer. I’ve been healed by others simply with there presence and figure this is kinda my style anyway, to provide help when it finds me with the lessons I’ve learned.

It made me curious if anyone has removed these astral parasites from others during AP. Especially since Im starting to date again and don’t want to pick up residual energy, but also potentially heal my partner.

Curious if you have experience with this or know a resource available. Just became curious thinking about it the other day.
