Wow this is the first time I've used something like this. My body felt deeply relaxed. Idk if I astral projected because I didn't see my spirit leave my body but I visited myself. And it was like another version of me was hugging me and giving me all the love I needed. She kept saying 'you're not alone' and was trying to say 'always remember you're not alone'. I believe I met other beings but I don't remember what they said. And then I saw my friend. I was looking into the reflection of his eyes and I saw the world on fire. And then I was looking into the reflection of my own eyes and everything was a white bright light. He always said to me that the world is on fire. I now have a better idea of what he meant. It was interesting seeing the world through my eyes. Everything was white bright light. Everything felt too intense and I came back to my normal body but wow. That was crazy.

I also felt myself raising my vibration and lowering it too. Just experimenting mostly.
