I used to AP all the time as a kid, but as an adult doing it intentionally, itβs been a journey.
So - I woke up for a bit very early this morning. Went to the washroom, doodled around on my phone for a minute, put on a theta track on YouTube, and went back to bed.
I ended up in sleep paralysis, within what felt like minutes, my whole body started to vibrate, and I could hear what sounded like a freight train. I have been trying to AP for a while now, with only marginal success. I told myself - you know what this is, roll out, roll out, roll out. I could see the room but I knew my eyes were closed.
I rolled out and immediately went through the wall to the bathroom. Then out into the living room.
The rooms in the apartment looked mostly the same, but not. It was very hazy. I have a faint memory of not being alone, but not afraid at all. I also remember being able feel matter, like putting my hand on the counter. I remember trying to pickup a cup, not being able to, then being able to feel the counter.
I donβt remember much after this. I came back to my body, rolled over, and passed out.
