Hello everyone! Not sure if I could ask this here but I'm working on a project for my Health Psychology class on asthma and my target audience is a group of children (ages 5-8). I'd like to know how you coped with asthma as a young child or how your parents helped you to deal with it. How did it make you feel? What was it like when you had your first asthma attack and how old were you? I'm having some difficulty finding info for coping strategies online but I got what I needed for management of asthma so I thought I'd ask here about it. I figured asking actual persons with asthma would be beneficial.
If you have any additional info for managing it (like in school or play and stuff) that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance for any kind of information! 🤗
Edit-Thank you so much for contributing you guys!! <3
