Our healthcare startup is looking for individuals who have moderate to severe asthma to interview. We are interested in how you are managing your condition and how that process might be made better. This is a chance for you to share your story and help us design a better experience for you.

Interviews will be conducted either in person or by phone depending on location. We compensate eligible participants with incentives between $50 and $100 in the form of a Visa gift card, depending on the length and type of the session.

To be eligible for this study: * you must be at least 18 yrs old and living with asthma * you must have required at least ONE visit to the hospital in the past 12 months for an asthma related issue * you must read and speak English fluently * be willing to be audio or video recorded * Live in the SF Bay Area or New York City

Your participation in all study-related activities, including requests for information will be kept completely confidential.
