I have this Cold

I’ve been having this nasty cough for a week and it’s bad to the point where I’ll cough and it hurts or I’ll cough aggressively. My throat hurts I can’t talk too well and I haven’t been able to eat much. I did take some medicine but it just knocks me out. I have chills and stomach pains that travels from my side to my shoulders and my fingers. My skin feels like it’s on fire if I touch it in the slightest bit. Does anyone know what this is?😠I could really use the help.
