Can anyone breathe through their nose and walk at the same time?

I can't. I have had two septoplasties but it didn't help. I have mild collapse in my nostrila but the ent has no idea and asked if I had anxiety. But I can breathe through my nose after sitting for a while and my breahring is worse in hot weather. So I'm just wondering if anyone else can only breath normally when seated.
