Looking for Monitor that can invert black and white

Good Afternoon- I am working with a client that needs some programs in regular mode and some programs where black and white would be inverted or colors are inverted.

We have tried every windows accessibility option and such but the problem is windows is system wide and he needs some programs to be in regular mode.

So my thought ix to find a monitor to where If possible black and white can be inverted (via the monitor GUE settings) and on the other monitor it would be regular. Or if not black and white then invert all colors?

Anyone have any insight for monitors that may work ?
