I've been on Lexapro 20mg for 5 years. A few days ago I had to stop cold turkey had a emotional outburst and ruined Christmas for my family. I have no one but to blame but myself for being like this. I swear if I knew I was pregnant with a premature pregnancy like my mom I would just have an abortion. I just hate having a mental health issue and no one cares and thinks I'm doing it for attention. I'm just unsure how to deal with being off my medication cold turkey for a month I just need any assistance I can get. I don't know if my account is banned or not I'll find out once I post this.
