I'm getting ready for my family's annual summer vacation next week, and one item I always bring with me is SUNSCREEN! Skin cancer is one of the most common forms of cancer and the earlier you detect it, the better! Most people don't know that you should be wearing sunscreen regardless of whether there are clouds or not -- if you can see your hand in front of your face, the sun is out and your skin is being damaged! I wear sunscreen (on my face) even in winter and I still look 25 as a result. :P
