I apologize for needing to ask for help, but life has been hard lately and I am running out of options. My mother and I are both disabled and survive on SSDI and food stamps. We are also both very high risk medically. One of us brought home some type of virus, probably from having to go out for food (food stamps can’t be used for delivery here). I have strep throat on top of whatever virus. We can’t get checked for COVID because our only transportation is the bus system so we have been fully quarantining just in case. We are running out of food and neither one of us has eaten today. Tomorrow we will be receiving a small amount of money we can use to order groceries, but for tonight we have nothing. I know there are so any others in need, but if someone could help with any kind of meal for tonight that would help so very much. Thank you for reading and caring!
