My sister has a long history of making terrible decisions and things have come to the point where she is constantly in pain and dying. She has stolen thousands of dollars from me and our father over the years with her drug addiction prior to her diagnosis which caused bad blood between the two of us and I would rather not have anything to do with her if I could help it.

As of right now, she is a single mother of a 2 year old with the aforementioned conditions and is in extreme pain constantly. She has no income, was denied medicaid, and her tax return was withheld and is pending review until DECEMBER. She has had Child Protection Services called on her twice for drug problems and unhealthy living conditions so she is afraid of going to the ER for help because she doesn't want to lose her daughter.

At this point, she is prioritizing custody of her daughter over her own life because she very well may not survive past December since she can't even pay for her treatments or medicine.

She is begging me for money to pay her bills but she has stolen over 50,000 USD over 7 years between my father and I.

What are my options? What are her options? Please help.
