It's been hard week. I left old job for new one and it took 2 weeks after I'd put in notice for corporate to get me needed paperwork. I fill it out, go to turn in same paperwork I did when hired 5 years ago only rules changed. Instead of using taxes, they only accept social security card. And expired id's aren't allowed either. Guess who list social years ago and didn't see reason to renew id?
So I spentvday waiting for social who wouldn't take my id. They gave option of official verification from my doctor so I spent next day waiting to get that before getting social. The next day, yesterday, I spent over 6 hours and borrowed money to get my id. But I got it! I turned them in and am on schedule for 5 full days this week and next. Which means I'll be making $250 more a check! So excited!
Problem is my last check from McDonald's barely covered rent. All I had left for went towards id and still short. So now I have my full time job and no way to get there!
I have no problem walking to work. Unfortunately I get off at midnight and if you know downtown San Diego/imperial area you know it isn't safe that time. Lately there's been even more violence and I'm not ashamed to say I'm scared to walk home alone in the dark that far. I usually take lyft for $6 or less, and that's now 5 times a week. So $60 is to cover my rides home. The other $20 is to repay my friend who gave me id moneyvas she couldn't afford it but was helping me. So $80.
In return, I can send you up to $100 in 2 weeks to repay you. If you'd rather just have $80 I won't argue but offer stabds for extra. As my thank you for helping!
Regardless, thanks for listening!
I better add this!
You may notice a post of mine looking to borrow $1500 in another area. Please ignore it! A poster was offering interest free loans for moms day and we were chatting about how much I spend on lyft ($300 usually when I go to work as well) and how much cheaper it would be to use that money to pay off car and I was asked to put up public post with terms we discussed and tag him. In the end, he decided he could help either several people or just me so he went with them which I agree was good decision. But truth is I wouldn't have asked for that amount if it hadn't been for that specific conversation with him so please don't think I'm just here trying to see how much I can get. I messaged mods there but doubt they'll take it down despite not wanting it. They're rabid about deleting posts for good reason!
Just wanted to be open and honest!
