I need help with a water emergency. My home has no water.

The city I live in broke the water valve for my home, and now I need 3-4 thousand dollars to fix it.
At this time we have no water, and used water jugs to get enough to drink and clean ourselves. I don't know what to do, I'm barely making it by as is, and my family is refusing to help me.
If anyone has any advice, anything they can send, money, being able to fix the water valve, or anything, please, please, I need help.
