I was recently discharged from the military and have not received my final paycheck. I am unable to pay rent, which is due tomorrow the 4^th, until my next paycheck on the 10^th, but at that point, I will have been served with eviction papers. I am asking to borrow $940 to be paid back on the 10^th of November with 10% interest bringing the total payback amount to $1034. I currently reside in Depew NY

Any advice on the eviction process would be greatly appreciated as well. One note on that, This will have been my second time paying rent late.
