Hopefully they'll vote for the extension, so I will get 5 weeks back pay next week. Over half of that will go to paying back loans, but I could pay at least some of it back then. I'm just freaking out and don't know what to do. I'm an IT guy by trade, but the market here in LA is pretty competitive. I'm also a musician, but people just don't tip anymore. Rent was due on the 1st, so I already have to pay a $100 late fee. If anyone has any work in LA (or remotely... I do tech support), that would be cool. I'm also down to do some manual labor. I just don't want to be on the streets. :(
