Hi! I’m 25F, a student of legal age and I really don’t want to ask my parents beyond what they can give as they already pay for my tuition fee. I went to school in another island because it’s the only ine with this program and I depended on my online part-time job for my rent and extra allowance. However, I got laid off and my final pay hasn’t been processed yet.

So I have bills pending due tomorrow (rent and school payables). If I’ll be using my remaining money to buy food, I wouldn’t be able to pay rent. If I’ll pay rent, I won’t have food for the 2 weeks. I am actually waiting on what’s left from my pay on a wfh job because of an invoice delay and got fired suddenly, due to cost-cutting. I am from the PH and access to these resources are unlike in the US- because they’re not available here. Hoping someone would help. 🥹

Rent is running at $70 so around that or any amount would suffice 😊 At least I can find the energy to find work. It’s just that I’m in a slump
