Hello, I have fallen on hard times where I was out of work for a health related cause and wasn't able to work for a couple weeks. In the process of that and paying my rent, I lost my car due to being unable to fully pay my car insurance. I could not continue working at my past job as it was over 20 miles from my house. Walking or riding my bike is not possible. So right now I'm looking for work and have a few interviews lined up.

I've never been in such a position where I'm struggling so hard. Also my roommate is refusing to pay their half of the bills and I'm left having to foot every bill. I just can't do it anymore one my own till I get a job , which should be shortly. I've tried any other for.s of assistance (friends, and programs) but either can't get the help or an appointment set up for it due to none being available.

My power will be cut off on the 29th at midnight if I can't get my electric paid. This will put me at great risk of finding work or looking for it if I can't check email or receive phone calls. I am at my last resort here and am asking for help.

Edit: I cannot get an appointment to get LIHEAP assistance and that was my only option. I have no other way to pay the 248.85 bill. With having a hard time finding work. My options are limited here. Even if somebody could help with half that payment would be greatly appreciated.
