Family in need of help, facing eviction and $2000 in car repairs

There's no better way to sum it up than to say this year has been difficult for my family and I. I've nearly died several times, I got to spend 9 days on life support in February thanks to fungal pneumonia, and I've got 2 blood clots. In the last week we've received an eviction notice and a $2000 estimate in repairs on our only vehicle. We're now having to Uber to work basically every morning and that's already taking a toll.
