Found a dog who turned out to pregnant, now I need help!

I found an abandoned, neglected, and abused dog. I fell in love with her almost instantly ♥️. I decided to adopt her. Well...turns out she was pregnant. Now I have six puppies, her, and my other dog. The vet bill is SUPER SUPER high, and I need assistance with the vet bill.
Anything helps 🙏♥️
