Hello as much as I hate asking strangers for help or anyone for help I've been in financial ruins for a long time recently I became a single mom after a break up with my ex and thankfully I'm finally on the road to being able to take care of myself, my toddler and fix my financials. My phone has been on its last leg for a long time as the charging port was broken and it doesn't wirelessly charge but finally it's completely broke out which is something I really wished wouldn't happen right now. I was able to get a full-time job thankfully, that is overnights, to take care of my daughter who I have 24/7 but I don't have the extra to get a new phone set up and I haven't even gotten my first paycheck yet to pay for my other bills. My phone is the only way for my daughter to talk to her father every night, which right now the only contact she has with him as he is living in a different state. He's not able to help me get a new phone as all of our bills there have now fallen on him and his income.

When I talked to T-Mobile previous to my phone completely breaking they said I should be able to get a phone with just the down payment and the activation fee and first month of service payment. This could cost anywhere between 100 and $200. I will transfer the current plan I have onto that phone and I should be able to afford the payments every month on top of my service payment that I already have thanks to my new job. But I could really use any help getting the money to put down for the new phone. I do have cashapp.
