I know tons of people are asking for assistance at this time of year. And, I'm sure my request isn't that unique.

I'm 32 and live in Seattle. I just got a new job this summer and I'm still struggling to get my finances in order. Add to that an unexpected move across town in two weeks and all my extra money is tied up.

Anyway, I'm desperate to go home for Christmas because I haven't been home for the holidays in at least 6 years. The last time I was home at all was April 2010 when my Papa Kelley was in a horrific car accident.

I'm not asking for money, but I am asking for airline miles. Flights from Seattle, WA to Roanoke, VA cost way too much. I am asking for help with airline miles to purchase a ticket.

There are no mileage flights on American, but there are Mileage flights available on United. Departing on Friday December 21 and returning on Sunday December 30. (Those are the days I'm able to get off work.)

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
