I live in Seattle, and am thus unfamiliar with the ins/outs of Pennsylvania's rehab system. A friend of mine is having a tough time with a relapse on his crack addiction. If he were here in Seattle, I know a bunch of different places I could send him for help.
However, I don't live there so I'm unfamiliar with everything. He lives in the Philly area, but is willing to go any place possible.
He does not have health insurance and that's the main problem.
So, if someone can help me point him in the right direction, providing phone numbers and contact information for rehab places that accept people who don't have insurance/little means of paying.
He's ready for rehab. He reached out and asked for help finding a place.
So, any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Reddit!
