Missable quests?

In the Witcher 3, I know there were a lot of side and even some optional main quests where if u progressed in the story you would no longer be able to do them, so u had to finish these quests before proceeding in the main story.
Same goes for Rdr2 (Arthur’s ‘honourable’ missions like the nun missions)
I was wondering if there are any quests in ac odyssey that auto-fail or become no longer available if you progress in the story?
I want to finish the story before trying to finish all side content
