Can not buy things from the orichalcum Vendor.

So I came back to Odyssey due to a Steam sale and been enjoying it ! I can buy helix credits (i dont) and items from the store... however when I try ro buy items from the orichalcum vendor it says can not connect to ubisoft servers ... i unlinked and relinked my steam account after searching around but this did not help .. any one got any leads or suggestions how to resolve this?
