Not sure how the masses receive Alexios, and let me also preface by saying I’ve never used Kassandra on any of my 3 playthroughs- but I really like Alexios’ character.
I’ve seen many posts before about how Kassandra completely changes the experience in a positive way but also kinda shitting on Alexios but I think his character while a tad shallow at times, does convey real human emotion at times and has a quick wit.
I don’t know maybe many of you like Alexios too but I’m curious about everyone’s preferences
I played Alexios and can't imagine playing as Kassandra. That's not because I see anything wrong with doing so, but Alexios fits the cheeky adventurer role that I like, but more so that Kassandra is an absolutely amazing antagonist. She brings a genuine menace to it that from clips I've seen that Alexios just doesn't.
From the clips Alexios seems more like he's mugging you, whereas Kassandra seems to be killing because she wants to. Like an apex predator, it's not personal, it's just she's decided she's going to kill you, and her voice actor does it so well.
