My boyfriend and I tried this "autism approved" electrolyte powder and it made both of us feel weird and gave us bad headaches. We took one serving size that is recommended for children 8 and up! Twice a day! It says sugar free, but it tastes like extra sugary Kool aid which usually means it contains ingredients that are worse than sugar. I always joke that "natural flavor" was where they hide the really bad ingredients and it's seems like they're rubbing it in our faces by saying "natural flavor WITH other natural flavors." What's that supposed to mean?!? I read a lot of bad stuff about this Autism hope Alliance organization. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PRODUCTS!!! The best way to get your nutrients will always be through WHOLE FOODS, meaning eating the whole food as it is found in nature, not processed. Please don't give this stuff to your kids!
