The storm has passed, it wasn't as violent as we expected, but we still suffered casualties. The Queen of the Strait was found beached a short way out of town. All of her occupants are dead and have turned. We managed to track and kill most of her crew, but one person, no, zombie, is still missing.

We made it through the storm mostly unharmed, we shut down our power grid a few hours before it hit, and just turned it back on. The damage was fairly isolated, we lost one of our food warehouses and rain has damaged one of our vegetable fields. We're going to be spending the day surveying damage and tracking down our livestock. I already sent out a tracking party for the missing zombie.

One of the pilots is preparing a microlight for an island survey, the last storm started a few fires. His report will be in in a few hours.

In typical dramatic fashion we welcome our two newest survivors. Twin boy and girl, Martin and Emily were born in the height of the storm, now I owe the mayor a bottle of whiskey. I was looking forward to that, a nice pre outbreak Glenfiddich. Maybe I can convince him to share it with me...
