[META] - New Report Options

Hello everyone!
You may notice when you report posts or comments that there are new options. I went through and codified our subreddit rules using the (not so very) new built-in rules feature for the sub. The list can be found here.
The report dropdown menu pulls report categories from this. When you report a comment or a post, please use the appropriate category. Managing the modqueue becomes much easier if we know what to look for. We don't see who reported comments/posts but we do see what reasons you give when reporting it (either the category you select or the text you write in the other section) so don't be afraid to inform us.
