Here is a good example, from the House Finance Committee. They are clear that they are seeking more than just a debate here on Reddit and plan to use it in other ways.
However, there are others that are obviously assignments, as found by a Google search brings up this document.
I don't mind helping with these sorts of questions, but in answer those I'll more likely point out sources to go to for the learner to answer himself/herself. Half of learning is doing the research and finding the conclusions yourself.
Anyone else have any thoughts on this?
