Does banning Joey Chestnut from the annual hot dog eating contest constitute an antitrust violation?
Post Body
Looks like āMajor League Eatingā and Nathanās have banned him for signing an endorsement deal with Impossible Foods. Been a while since I took antitrust law, but seems like this could be categorized as a group boycott, no?https://www.npr.org/2024/06/12/nx-s1-5003036/joey-chestnut-banned-nathans-hot-dog-eating-competition
