What was criminal defense practice like before Warren Court?
Post Body

So I doubt we have anyone in this subreddit old enough to remember practicing prior to the Warren Court, whose landmark criminal law decisions included Mapp v. Ohio, Miranda v. Arizona, and Gideon v. Wainwright. But I'm curious if anybody has had any war stories told to them by older practitioners or just happens to be familiar? What was it like before the criminal justice revolution?
