So April 28th of 2021. A pnz board have my plans for 1 day short of 4 weeks. My understanding the plans were good up to the last day. Then an engineer from California steps in and calls out these engineer stamp plans. I try to explain, and show proof that this guy and I didn’t get along. And 15 signatures of well known contractors. Chair cuts me off says I could have 100. They let the engineer who they tabled my plans to wait for to show up, and speak on I’m not sure who’s behalf this 2 year experience guy is crazy over engineering plans. Denied.

Retaliation for a 911 call, by police…18 years with 1 dui and a couple no seat belt tickets. To 3 in a few months after call.

15 times I call the DA and leave a message with secretary or voicemail. 15 times where I just hung up. Went there 3-4 times in person. Never got a meeting, to fix a court day debacle where I had 3 court dates on one day. Didn’t know there were a few different courts, was told one thing one day and something different on court day and miss one. Ended up making the one where I had took care of ticket.

Another 911 call retaliation (I’ve only called cops twice in my life) domestic violence. Again ask to be anonymous. They put my name in his court papers, then a snowplowing incident where I actually was doing the right thing on the wrong day. Shovel in front park lights on…thought vehicle was running. Didnt know the police had gave my name to the guy. And it just so happens that the couple were fighting that night. Car wasn’t running he left the park lights on to run down battery. 2 weeks later dude comes to my house looking for me. Im on vacation. Just female friend and 13 year old daughter. Dude comes in after being to he couldn’t. Threatens and harasses my female friend for a half hour showing and making signs that he has a gun. And threatening to bring his gang. She tricks him. He runs off the road leaving after she tricks him and the two lock themselves in a room. Cops come, he only made it 100 yards. Felon, domestics, the gun in his council, cops recommend 3 felonys 1 misdemeanor. That’s after a cop calls me when I get home after leaving vacation that I was only on for a day, and I’ve been trying to get ahold of people. Guy gets out that night and begins harassing me. I get a restraining order on the guy for the girls, and home. That’s the last I hear. Dude got a misdemeanor for his acts against me, and for invading my home. 6 months unsupervised probation!

I get a ticket for plowing snow for the neighbors. It’s against the rules or codes to plow across the road here. Our roads are shit. I always plow part and another guy plows the other part. All for free. It got hot on a late winter day, bottom fell out making roads impossible to pass. Finishing up helping a neighbor with his hump, that was left to get in his drive… leaving I dump some snow. Well guy comes up, municipal officer, tells me I can’t plow cross the road. I chuckled and said I just plowed the whole road, and that I didn’t plow cross it. He said you dumped snow across it. I said I didn’t know you couldn’t do that. He says he will send me the info with a citation. What!? Then I muttered piss off under my breath as I was putting my gloves back on to finish plowing. He said what? And I looked at him and said PISS OFF! He says that’s another 700 dollar fine! I thought a judge would laugh. Even with neighbors emailing and calling I end up with a 475 dollar fine and was told to move somewhere else. And was told I am an angry man!!!

So then I’m angry. I go to get phone records, going to start a lawsuit! For a year and a half I’ve been trying to get these phone records. I get told the same thing I’ve been getting told. Good guy breaks. Destroy a few things, mostly things I had worked on. Person doesn’t press charges and I get my phone records, but I find out that they are getting a felony warrant for me. The DA. The same person I am getting evidence against. I get arrested on Main Street right outside of a building I am helping remodel. While I had warrant I had been calling to see if I can set up a time and day to talk to someone to avoid exactly what was happening. I tell the arresting officer that I had evidence on my phone against the DA and I’m going to sue. They hold me in jail and extra night after being told I would have court at 1 next day I get walked into a room with 2 cops, lone behold a warrant for my phone. I didn’t know they could do that so I don’t give them my passcode. They walk me back to my cell where’s they throw 3 more felonys on me right before I go to court!!! 2 assault and battery and another felony same charge! I didn’t come close to hurting anyone!! 30,000 is what my bond is set at. I had my parents coming with 10,000 cash!! Guy who came to my house with gun his was 5000 to put it in perspective.

So fair or unfair. I have 90 percent of solid proof that can back me on this concrete evidence. What should be done or what should I do? Please.
