Self-image after weight loss then weight gain
Post Body

I have a very negative self image. I have lost a significant amount of weight, but have recently regained around 10lbs. I’m 5’3” and it is obvious I’ve gained weight. My clothes don’t fit the same, and I’m miserable everyday. Everyone around me keeps saying I look better with the extra 10 lbs? I’m confused, but too embarrassed to ask why they are saying that. Could this even be remotely true or is it just white lies to make me feel better? My breasts have filled out more but that comes with extra belly, butt and thigh fat. None of my pants fit, but I look better? Why do people lie? They could just say nothing instead.
