Women who say they want a partner who "has their shit together," exactly what do you mean?
Post Body

I've seen a few women's dating profiles where they say they're looking for a partner who "has their shit together." I feel like that's kind of a vague description, and there are multiple levels and aspects in which someone can "have their shit together." Do you mean emotionally? Financially? Professionally? Being able to take care of themselves?

Also, do you have any counter-examples in mind? I suspect that some women who say this have had very specific bad experiences with guys who were immature or man-children. And I've been pretty shocked to read some stories on Reddit about guys who were incapable of functioning as adults.
