Hello, i recently got my performance feedback and i felt it being very skewed because of the person speaking for me in the top management meeting, he creates his own story and i felt my case was unfairly presented by someone who has it in his mind that im not a leader, im a doer.. happy to share more details if itβs something you feel you can help.. i will be having conversation with another boss about it and im not sure what i should say about this being unfair..... how to be clear about it? What are some of the things that can be shared and sound mature about it? Should i even bother? And more importantly just for my own development, how do you build yourself up stronger from harsh criticism? I recently read something about having enough confidence to take criticism, seeking more in that light or different light if anyone has experienced that growth from criticismmm! Thanks!
