How do you accept your body over 40

I’ll never be able to wear a two piece and it never bothered me until now. All of my friends even those friends that are larger than me can wear two pieces. Except they don’t have the saggy, stretch marked skin that I do. I feel shamed when I say I can only wear a one piece and they keep asking why. Because I’m basically deformed that’s why. I just can’t anymore. I want to hide from summer. Just once I wish I could be that hot woman that everyone wants to look at instead of this...thing.
