How did you decide, how long were you together before hand & how did it turn out ? Would you do it again ? My boyfriend took a job out of state. We have been together long enough to see a future together but not long enough for me to feel comfortable moving in or getting engaged etc. Half of me thinks it would be stupid to uproot myself for anyone else especially before these things happen but other part of me thinks it could be tough to find anyone like him again and that I’ll regret giving up too easy. Looking for notes from ladies who have been here before!

I moved 1,200 miles away to be with my boyfriend (now husband) after dating long distance for 5 months. I loved him madlybut neither of us wanted to do the long distance thing for any extended period of time, so it pretty much came down to me moving or us breaking up.
I was also in a weird place in life and was desperate for a change of scenery, so it worked out really well. We loved it and 5 years later we are married so. 🤷🏻♀️😜
