Background, on the spectrum (ADHD/ASD) and have MDD. I just worry about how I come off and how people will perceive me whether it's be in the dating world or work space (i.e. interviews). Before anyone comes with the practice, practice, practice advice. Yes I practice talking to myself and to the mirror, but this issue still seems to persist. Obviously, no one is going to have this preface prior and it's an awkward subject to introduce. It definitely won't work for interviews that's for sure.
